Believe It or Not
I am quite amazed at our Bruin-ous as I find them to be very amusing at the best of times. I truly believe there are things that only they will think of doing. Like the following story.
Who will ever stagger up to you and admit to being drunk, they can just about stand let alone walk. He admits being drunk but still asks for R5 to buy another drink.
That is why I find them really interesting and brave. More stories later.
Maybe its just me, but I thank GOD that I have not been able to see someone from Fairvale who is a total failure. I mean living on the streets, eating out of bins, begging for money, dirty with torn clothes etc. Everyone that I have seen and recognise seem to be living quite well. Holding down a job, family, roof over their heads etc. I mean I dont know of any celebrities and people from that time who are on a completely “higher level” than everyone else, but thank GOD that I dont know anyone who is on a completely “lower level.” I think we all turned out just fine, but thats just my thoughts.Let me know what you guys think….

Thanks for this observation, I would like to post it for others to think about and comment on. I do think a generational attitude does exist but maybe leaving to the broader web community could prove something else.

I really would like to do that, just that I do not have information from people. Either they are to humble to share their experiences or don’t have the time. The space has been provided on this blog for them to flaunt their achievements.
